Bill Jordan
Chief Executive Officer
Bill is the Founder and CEO of Jordan Energy. He brings over 15 years of solar development experience with a focus in agricultural installations. Prior to starting Jordan Energy, Bill served as a Special Assistant to the New York State Commissioner of Agriculture & Markets from 2002-2007. Prior to Ag & Markets, Bill received a Master's degree from Cornell University in Applied Economics with a thesis on Manure Management in the dairy industry. Previous experiences include over six years working to improve Chilean agricultural profitability, efforts which were recognized by the President of Chile, and five years in marketing and sales for GAF Materials Corporation, the largest roofing company in the United States. Bill is a graduate of Cornell University, Maryknoll School of Theology, and University of Notre Dame. Concurrent with the founding of Jordan Energy, Bill and his wife Nancy Brennan-Jordan co-founded the Let's Share the Sun Foundation to bring solar energy to communities in need around the world.
MaryBeth Manny
Vice President Of Customer Relations
MaryBeth Manny is the Vice President of Customer Relations for Jordan Energy. She brings past experience in sales and marketing from over fifteen years in the renewable energy industry. MaryBeth has been a leader for Jordan Energy for over fourteen years, developing a successful grant writing program and playing an integral role in team development and culture. She is a volunteer for the Let's Share the Sun Foundation.
John Golden
Director of Development & Engineering
John is the Director of Development and Engineering for Jordan Energy. John is involved with projects from inception to completion, overseeing both the development and construction phases with a focus on technical aspects. Prior to joining Jordan Energy, he led an engineering team at a leading EPC company in Hawai'i. He has overseen the development and design of over 4 megawatts (MW) of PV capacity and 6 megawatt-hours (MWh) of energy storage across a diverse portfolio of 30 projects, including several microgrids. John brings a passion for implementing site-specific solutions, ensuring they meet the customer's operational goals while maximizing their financial benefits. He holds a B.S. in Electromechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Mary Chandler
Office Manager
Mary joins our team with 20 years of experience in administration and office management. Along with the day-to-day tasks of a growing and thriving business, Mary plays a key role in the business’s grant application process, particularly with the REAP (Rural Energy for America Program) Grants. Handling the environmental section is crucial, as it often involves demonstrating how the project will meet environmental standards or contribute to sustainability.
Bernadette Jordan
Project Manager
Bernadette is a Project Manager for Jordan Energy. She has three years of experience as Executive Director of Let’s Share the Sun Foundation. She received her Master’s in Social Innovation at the University of San Diego in 2018. She has five years of experience in managing teams and executing federal grants.
Jenina Guzman
Project Manager
Jenina is a Project Manager for Jordan Energy and an avid supporter of the Let’s Share the Sun
Foundation. She brings a passion for renewable energy and for finding the best possible solutions
for each individual client. Her priority is always integrity when outlining needs/goals, and to
deliver results with quality and precision. Her past work includes 4 years of project management
experience, working in government and private sector for Large-Scale and
Residential/Commercial Solar Projects. Prior to the environmental industry she worked in the health and wellness industry for 15 years, acquiring essential customer relation, coaching and
program organizational skills. She holds an associate’s degree in Exercise Science and Outdoor
Recreation and pursued a bachelor’s degree in Globalization and Environmental Sustainability.
Lucas Burreto
Project Manager
Lucas Barreto, born and raised in Puerto Rico, is a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with a degree from Notre Dame. He has over four years of experience in the solar industry. For the past three years, Lucas has been a part of Let's Share the Sun, where their passion for environmental sustainability and energy accessibility drives their work. Eager to bring this expertise to Jordan Energy, Lucas is committed to contributing to the company’s mission of advancing renewable energy solutions
Mia Wagner
Customer Relations and Company Culture
Mia Wagner is the director for Customer Relations and Company Culture at Jordan Energy, bringing a deep passion for environmental sustainability, renewable energy, and agriculture. She recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focusing on environmental sustainability, from the University of Notre Dame. Originally from Indiana and now based in New York City, Mia is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture while ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Stepen Jordan
Marketing Manager
Stephen Jordan is a Marketing Manager for Jordan Energy. With experience on the install side of
solar, Stephen is passionate about the potential of the cognitive decisions day in and out to
collectively fight to save our planet while having fun! Stephen became a published author in
2021 with writing Seeing Peace and continues to enjoy telling stories through his writing, voice,
and camera lens. You can find Stephen giving Terry Crews a slow-motion hug after getting the
golden buzzer on America’s Got Talent with the Voices of our City Choir. Stephen has
passionately worked to support those on the margins that suffer with mental illness through the healing power of music. Currently, Stephen is majoring in Business Administration at the
University at Albany with a minor in creative writing and excited to continue growing within the
solar industry for both Jordan Energy and Let’s Share the Sun!
